7.45 pm: Ukraine agrees to hold “peace talks” with Russia in Belarus, The Kyiv Independent reports.
“President Volodymyr Zelensky agreed that the Ukrainian delegation would meet with the Russian delegation without preconditions on the Ukrainian-Belarusian border, near the Pripyat River,” Zelensky’s office says.
