Board Exams 2021: Supreme Court Adjourns hearing till Thursday, Here’s what said by whom – See Latest

On Monday, May 31 a hearing was heard in Supreme Court on Class 12 board exam cancellation plea. After hearing both Attorney General presenting GoI and Justice Khanwilkar presenting petitioners, Supreme Court has decises to adjourn the matter till Thursday, June 3.

Today in the hearing before the SC, UOI through the Attorney General of India. He requested the Apex Court for time till Thursday to place the final decision regarding the mode of conduct of exam on record, told Advocate Tanvi Dubey quoting media sources.

The hearing was started At 11 AM today on petitions directing CBSE and ICSE to cancel board exams 2021. In today’s hearing in Supreme Court, here is what said by whom: 

AG: The government would take final decision within next two days. “We were hoping you’d give us time till Thursday, and we will come back with final decision.” @LiveLawIndia.

Justice Khanwilkar bench to AG: “You take the decision, but If you depart from your previous year’s  policy, you need to give us Good Reasons. Last year decision was taken after good deliberation.” 

SC: The matter has been adjourned till Thursday.
